You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but screen variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is processed through secure, encrypted channels. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Vissla Store ships globally to our tribe of ocean-minded explorers, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

4.4 Order Cancellations and Changes

Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing.

We stand behind every piece we craft. Our return policy is designed to be as transparent as our approach to Conscious Creation.

5.1 Return Eligibility

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required
• Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are not refundable

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

In line with our commitment to hygiene, safety, and the personalized nature of certain goods, the following items are final sale:

• Hats & Beanies (due to their close-fitting, personal nature)
• Swimwear & Boardshorts if the hygiene liner is removed or tags are detached
• Eco-Lastics or any Eco Collection items that have been unpackaged or used
• Curated Goods and items from the Jack Soren Collection or Chris Miyashiro Collection marked as “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition”
• Gift Cards (if applicable)

Defective items in these categories will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect.

5.3 Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email [email protected] with your order number and item details
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Ship Your Return: Securely package item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible. Use a trackable service for protection
4. Inspection & Processing: Our team inspects returns within 3-5 business days of receipt
5. Resolution: Refunds issued to original payment method or exchanges processed for size/color within the same collection

5.4 Refund Timing

After we approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

All content on the Vissla Store Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, collections names (such as “7 Seas Wetsuits,” “Chris Miyashiro Collection,” “Eco-Lastics”), and software, is the property of Vissla Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Vissla Store name, logo, and all related product and collection names are trademarks of Vissla Store. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vissla Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site or our products
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Site
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using content posted or otherwise made available through the Site

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tucson, Arizona.
