Our Return Promise

We serve a global tribe of ocean-minded explorers and families outfitting their groms. Whether you’re gearing up with a High Seas Wetsuit or browsing our Boys and Kids collections, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s our policy:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Note on Shipping: Our global shipping (excluding Asia and some remote regions) uses DHL, FedEx, or EMS. Please consider the original delivery timeframe (10-25 days) when planning your return.

The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our community-driven team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all needed info.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return to our hub in Tucson, US.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. We recommend using a trackable service (like DHL or FedEx) for your protection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
  5. Resolution:
    • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
    • Exchanges: Processed for size or color within the same collection (e.g., swapping Hybrid Shorts for a different size). If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refund Timing & Method

Your refund will be processed with the same care we apply to our Eco Collection values:

  • Timing: After we approve your return, please allow:
    • 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
    • Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.
  • Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds to alternative cards or accounts for security reasons, aligning with our encrypted transaction practices.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

In line with our commitment to hygiene, safety, and the personalized nature of certain goods, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Hats & Beanies: Due to their close-fitting, personal nature.
  • Swimwear & Boardshorts (if the hygiene liner is removed or tags are detached).
  • Eco-Lastics or any Eco Collection items that have been unpackaged or used, as their sustainable materials require specific handling.
  • Curated Goods and items from the Jack Soren Collection or Chris Miyashiro Collection marked as “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition.”
  • Gift Cards (if applicable).

If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect, and we will make it right.
