Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally to connect our worldwide tribe, though some parts of Asia and remote regions may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions (you’ll be notified at checkout). We offer two clear options:

🚀 Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Processing takes 1-2 business days, with transit in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for time-sensitive trips.

🌱 Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS. Processing takes 1-2 business days, with transit in 15-25 business days after dispatch. A slower, lower-impact choice for the eco-conscious adventurer.

All timelines are estimates in business days and exclude customs clearance, which may occasionally add extra time. Please order in advance for time-sensitive adventures.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Watch your gear—from Boardshorts to Jackets—travel from our home in Tucson to yours.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, swimwear and accessories like Hats & Beanies may have specific return conditions. Please check the product details at purchase and refer to our Returns Policy for exceptions.
